These terms cover your use of funkyfreshbbq.com and funkyfreshdanceparty.com, signup lists, the #DancePartyBBQ dance contest, and ticket purchases for The Funky Fresh Dance Party & BBQ events. By using the site, you agree to them. The parties are produced by MVP Entertainment, LLC (Atlanta, GA). Questions? Email party@funkyfreshdanceparty.com.
No refunds. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event unless we cancel or reschedule it (see below).
Refunds and disputes void your tickets. If you file a chargeback, dispute, or refund request with your bank or with us, the tickets tied to that order are voided immediately and will not scan at the door.
Ticket limits. Up to 10 tickets per order. We may cancel orders that exceed the limit or look like resale bots.
Delivery and check-in. Tickets are delivered by email with a unique QR code each. Have your QR code ready at the door — each code scans once. We may check photo ID against the ticket holder's name.
Prices. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout once registered.
Lineups, times, and programming can change. If we cancel an event entirely, we'll refund the ticket price to the original payment method. If we reschedule, your ticket automatically carries over to the new date; if the new date doesn't work for you, tell us before the event and we'll work with you. We're not responsible for travel, lodging, or other personal costs if an event changes.
Doors policies, bag checks, and venue rules apply. We may refuse entry or remove anyone for unsafe or disruptive behavior, harassment, or intoxication, without refund.
You may be photographed or filmed at our events, and we may use that footage in promotional material. Let a staff member know at the door if you have concerns.
The site, its branding, artwork, and text belong to MVP Entertainment, LLC and its partners. You may share links to it freely, but don't copy the content for your own commercial use without written permission. Don't attempt to break the site, scrape it abusively, or interfere with other visitors.
The site is provided "as is." We aim for accuracy but don't warrant that everything is error-free or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for anything arising from the site or an event is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant ticket or order.
Some tools on the site are for invited team members only. Don't try to access them, and don't use the public forms to spam, harass, or submit other people's information without their permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its updated date. Significant changes for ticket holders will be emailed before the event.
